Hello everyone,
Please be aware that the Texas Division of Emergency Management TDEM) has created a self-reporting damage survey to help identify damages across the state from the recent severe winter weather of mid February, 2021. Attached is an image with more details, as well as a QR code to go straight to the survey. Governor Abbott and TDEM strongly encourage Texans to complete the survey as soon as possible, in able to quickly provide information to FEMA to help with individual assistance.
